7.8/10

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, especially because of its amazing location within the Iguazu National Park, which really made visiting the falls so convenient. The rooms were spacious and had great views overlooking the falls, although the downstairs area felt a bit dark for the price. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who were super helpful, but the dining options could be more exciting. Overall, it's definitely worth the splurge for the extraordinary location, but the amenities could use some improvement.

I had a great stay at this hotel, which is perfectly positioned within the Iguazu Falls National Park. The room provided an amazing view with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. However, the room was smaller than I had hoped for. The dining options were good, with plenty of gluten-free choices. Overall, the experience felt very worthwhile considering the convenient location and friendly atmosphere.

The hotel has a stunning location with amazing views of the waterfalls and direct access to the trails. The rooms are airy and comfortable but could be better soundproofed. The service was friendly, though a bit slow at times, which is something to consider. Dining was a highlight with a fantastic breakfast selection that made every morning special.

While the rooms were comfortable, they were a tad smaller than I expected. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, though the options could use a bit more variety. Overall, it's worth considering for its great views and service, but the size of the rooms might not be what everyone wants.

This hotel boasts an incredible location right in Iguazu National Park, offering stunning views of the waterfalls. The rooms were decent in size and had fantastic views, but they could use a little more furnishing and an improved way to keep insects out. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. However, the dining experience didn't quite wow me. While the convenience of being inside the park is great, the prices were definitely on the higher side.

Rooms

The rooms were a good size and offered fantastic views of the falls, but they felt a bit plain and could benefit from better furnishings.

6.6/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the location is absolutely stunning, being directly in the park with incredible views of the Iguazu Falls. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. On the other hand, the rooms could really use some refurbishment and are not up to the expected standard for a 5-star hotel. The dining options were a bit simple as well, which was somewhat disappointing considering the overall expectations.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms are really substandard and need refurbishment for a hotel of this price, but they are clean and the beds are comfortable.
Service
7.0
The service from the staff, especially Christian and the waiters, was very friendly and helpful, although they sometimes seemed too busy to assist with exploring activities around the falls.
Location
10.0
This hotel has an absolutely unique location with stunning views of the Iguazu Falls and is directly inside the park, making it easy to access the trails.
Dining
6.0
Dining was rather simple and not comparable to what you'd expect at other hotels in Argentina; it was satisfactory but could use improvement.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities are quite basic and need an upgrade to match the expectations of a luxurious hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, with very friendly staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The location is unbeatable, right near the falls, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. However, I felt that the dining options could be improved, and while the amenities were nice, there were several additional charges that caught me off guard. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with just a few minor issues.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were stunning with breathtaking views, though I decided against the additional upgrade since it seemed unnecessary for just one night.
Service

Location
10.0
The location is simply fabulous, making it easy to get to the falls and enjoying every bit of the stunning surroundings.

7.8/10

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which offered a clean and comfortable environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. I did notice that while the location was fantastic with easy access to trails and attractions, the dining options could use some improvement. The facilities are nice, but a bit outdated, and the price for upgrades felt unnecessary for just one night.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were adequate for our needs but felt a bit outdated. We opted not to upgrade for an additional $80, which I think was the right choice for just one night.
Service
9.0
The staff here were so friendly and took great pride in their work. Alexandra in the Red Level was outstanding and truly a gem among the staff.
Location
10.0
The location was perfect, right inside the national park with easy access to the trails and boat ramp to Iguazu Falls.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was quite nice but could improve. The variety was decent, and the view from the dining room was beautiful, but I felt it lacked a bit of flair.
Facilities
6.0
The amenities were sufficient, but both the spa and common areas felt a bit tired. They could use some refreshing.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right by the falls, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the room I stayed in was on the smaller side for the price, and I found it a bit noisy due to the generator. Overall, if you’re looking for convenience and great service, this place has its perks, but you might want to consider the room size and noise levels.

Rooms
6.0
The room was small for the cost, and I found it a bit tainted by the noise from the generator. It wasn't completely furnished either.
Service
9.0
The service was fantastic. The staff was very helpful with everything from boarding passes to local information.
Location
10.0
The hotel has a prime location as it's the only one in the National Park, allowing us to walk straight to the trails leading to the falls.
Dining
7.0
The dining was good, though I wished there were more hot food options available for breakfast.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, but overall, they could use a little more attention to detail.
